World Missions Offering

First Baptist Church of Abington accepts this offering in the Fall of each year. Supporting mission work overseas has been a long tradition here and continues to this day.

The World Missions Offering gives American Baptists an opportunity to join together in support of the mission work in countries all over the globe.

Those blessed by your generosity include Rosa: a 36-year-old widow and mother of six, who lives in Pueblo Nuevo Sitala in Chiapas, Mexico.[ see photo on left ]
