American Baptists Assist in HaitiHaitian Relief
American Baptist Women's Ministries will be sending aid materials to Haiti through World Service. Please come and help.
American Baptist International Ministries missionaries Steve and Nancy James returned to Haiti on January 14th to work with our partners in distributing immediate relief assistance and to decide what the longer term response can be.
Kristy Engle, IM missionary in LaRomana, Dominican Republic, is working with our partners there to put together a medical team that will travel across the border.
IM has designated $25,000 from the One Great Hour of Sharing mission offering funds to provide for immediate relief materials and response.
The next $15,000 will pay for medical and relief kits and blankets from Church World Service supplies in the Dominican Republic.
