Our Vision

To provide an opportunity for children to be nurtured in a caring, Christian environment that will provide experiences of sharing, love and friendship.

These values will be developed through age appropriate activities of stories, music, and play. Which in turn, develops social interaction with their peers and their teachers.

School Closed for 2024 - 2025 Year

We are sad to announce the closing of the school. We were unable to fill the positions of pre school teacher and Director in time to open the school.

The Christian Children's center is a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Abington at 219 Adams Street (Corner of Routes 58 & 139) in Abington, Massachusetts 02351. The entrance to the school is from the Adams St ( Route 58 ) parking area near the enclosed playground. The school is in a modern building with enclosed secure outdoor play area.

Our school is open to children of all faiths, over the age of two years nine months to entering kindergarten.

Our nurturing educational program has morning classes from 9 AM to 12 noon Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. An optional program extends the class to 2 PM.

Our school is licensed and registered with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
